Hi everyone! Today is about moving that body out of that old couch, and getting in shape for rocking out that amazing skirt; and the best way to start is getting inspired on your favorite celebrity workout. Today's "Stay in fit" is Demi Lovato's, a girl who has faced negative comments about her body and shows us how to trust and be in peace with ourselves.
How she does it? She spends hours exercising, eats healthy, wears clothes that flatter her body, and accepts herself no matter what other people say or think about her.
Demi's musts for having a healthy & happy body are:
No diets: Demi has gone through many eating problems, so she refuses diets. She also says that diets sooner or later make you gain weight back, so she prefers investigating about healthy foods, paying attention to her portion sizes, and forgeting about fast food treats.
Exercising gives confidence: everyone wants to look good and show off any part of our body, but that's just a plus for Demi during workout. Exercise makes her feel confident about herself and brings her mind peace. That is why she works out 5 - 6 days a week, running some miles, or sometimes riding a bike from Santa Monica to Marina del Rey in California. Besides this, she also loves doing boxing and Yoga.
