How to wear it: Turban

Hi everyone! This is "How to wear it!" a feature where LMIH shows you how to get 4 different looks with a single piece of cloth or any accessory we all have in our closet. Today I'll show you how to wear a turban inspired headband, and look gorgeous with our new favorite hair accessory perfect for any season! This textured and printed bands are a perfect match when plain tees are just too plain, or just when bangs are not an option.
1. Cross it: place the turban headband behind your neck and bring the ends of the headband up to the top of your head. Cross the ends around each other two times in order to make the knot seen above. Finally tie the headband's ends in the back and hide them inside the headband.
2. Hang it: place the turban headband over your forehead and take the ends of the headband to the back of your head, over the neck. Tie the ends and make a knot, and let the ends hanging in your hair. 

3. Knot it: place the turban headband behind your neck and bring the ends of the headband up to the top of your head. If your headband is too large, give it two turns around your head in order for the ends to be short when you do the top knot. Finally, tie the ends up to the top of your head and make a cute knot.

4. Grab it: grab your hair into a nice and effortless bun. Then place the turban headband behind your neck and bring the ends of the headband up to the top of your head. Tie the ends and make a pretty knot. Finally, hide the ends inside the headband.

Stay in fit: Demi Lovato



Hi everyone! Today is about moving that body out of that old couch, and getting in shape for rocking out that amazing skirt; and the best way to start is getting inspired on your favorite celebrity workout. Today's "Stay in fit" is Demi Lovato's, a girl who has faced negative comments about her body and shows us how to trust and be in peace with ourselves.
How she does it? She spends hours exercising, eats healthy, wears clothes that flatter her body, and accepts herself no matter what other people say or think about her. 

Demi's musts for having a healthy & happy body are:


No diets: Demi has gone through many eating problems, so she refuses diets. She also says that diets sooner or later make you gain weight back, so she prefers investigating about healthy foods, paying attention to her portion sizes, and forgeting about fast food treats.
Sleep!: whenever she can she goes for a nap. Sleep is very important for our body because this is the way in which the body recovers the energy used in the day. Remember that you need energy to exercise, so sleep your 8 hours in order to give your best when burning those extra pounds.


Exercising gives confidence: everyone wants to look good and show off any part of our body, but that's just a plus for Demi during workout. Exercise makes her feel confident about herself and brings her mind peace. That is why she works out 5 - 6 days a week, running some miles, or sometimes riding a bike from Santa Monica to Marina del Rey in California. Besides this, she also loves doing boxing and Yoga.

For getting Demi´s outfit wear a tie-dye tee combined with a textured skirt, and for cooler days use a colored lightweight cardigan. Add height to your look with a pair of classic black pumps that emphasize your figure, and for complementing the outfit wear an edgy short necklace. Finally don't forget to keep your makeup in a cute black cross-body clutch and to wear a black nail lacquer for showing your own style and personality.
